Services provided
- One annual inspection and health check report
- Inspect and indicate status of Garage Doors and Openers
- Includes lubrication and adjustments if required
- Does not include parts
- If repairs are required reduced labor rates
- No charge first ¼ hour
- $20 each additional ¼ hour
- If purchasing new opener 10% discount
- Priority Service calls
- Does not cover damage due to abuse or hit by object or vehicle or animal
- Does not cover normal wear and tear or any parts
Annual cost - $49.95 plus applicable tax. – Introductory Offer
Battery Check and Change Service – $49.95 plus applicable tax
Must be performed while on Site in conjunction with Residential Health Check
Will check any and all batteries for garage openers, sensors, remotes etc.
Includes labor to replace batteries – cost of batteries are not included.
